Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support positive behavior

- Implement supports outlined in IEP and 504 plans

- Performs manual tasks as needed

- Track data for students monitoring

- Maintain a positive outlook when working with students

- Learn about Potterville policies, guidelines, expectations, etc.

- Provide academic supports in the classroom under guidance of the teacher

- Calmly handle various situations that may occur and various different environments (i.e. - one-on-one, classroom, outside, etc)
